It was a long time coming, but I am currently the proud owner of 2 teeth!
I can take 4 steps all by myself... when I am in the mood.
I can make a dog, cow, monkey, lion, and duck sound (my own version...and, again, when I am in the mood).
I know that "In Jesus' name, amen" means I'm about to eat some yummy food!
Speaking of yummy food, this month I added the following tasty morsels to my culinary repertoire: hummus, cottage cheese, spinach dip, yellow bell pepper, pumpkin cheesecake (I only managed one teeny, tiny bite before Mommy remembered there was egg in there), beef tips, lettuce, and stuffing.
My expressive vocabulary has grown to include the words "du" (duck) and "hi".
"Christmas tree", "dolly", "lion", "monkey", "duck", "cow", "walk", "let's go to your room", and "do you want a drink?" are several of the new additions to my receptive vocabulary.
I celebrated my first New Years' Eve with a sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's house! This was my very first night away from Mommy...and I did great!
Although you can't tell from my expression in this picture.
I am getting a whole lot better at posing for the camera. Sometimes my modeling needs a little work, though. Case in point:
